- The sale of counterfeit, misleading, or restricted products is prohibited.
- Listings must comply with Latindado’s Content Guidelines and consumer protection laws.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Prices must be clear and transparent, with no hidden charges.
- Payments will be processed through Latindado’s secure system.
- Latindado may withhold payments in cases of fraud, disputes, or policy violations.
5. Shipping and Fulfillment
- Sellers must ship orders within the agreed timeframe.
- Tracking information must be provided to buyers promptly.
- Sellers are responsible for safe packaging and timely deliveries.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Sellers must comply with Latindado’s Return Policy.
- Refunds must be processed quickly once the returned product is received.

7. Seller Conduct
- Sellers must treat buyers, Latindado staff, and other sellers with respect.

8. Dispute Resolution
- Sellers must respond to buyer complaints within 3 business days.
- If unresolved, Latindado will intervene as mediator and issue a final decision.
- Sellers agree to comply with Latindado’s resolutions.

- Sellers must comply with tax regulations and issue invoices when required.
- Products must meet applicable safety, labeling, and regulatory standards.
- Latindado may request compliance documentation at any time.

Latindado Third-Party Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all third parties interacting with Latindado, including but not limited to:
- Intellectual Property (IP) holders
- API developers and technology partners
- Affiliates and marketing partners
- External entities requesting information or data
2. Intellectual Property Holders
- Latindado respects the rights of IP holders and will promptly address valid infringement claims.
- IP holders may submit takedown requests through Latindado’s IP Protection Program.
- The posting and sale of counterfeit or unauthorized products is prohibited; violations may result in listing removal and account suspension.
- Latindado may share relevant seller information with IP holders to resolve disputes, in accordance with applicable law.
3. API Developers
- Access to Latindado’s APIs is granted only to approved developers under Latindado’s Developer Agreement.
- Developers must use APIs responsibly, without overloading systems or compromising security.
- Data obtained via APIs must be used only for authorized purposes and may not be resold or misused.

4. Affiliates and Marketing Partners
- Affiliates must comply with Latindado’s Affiliate Program Guidelines.
- Misleading advertising, spam, or unauthorized use of Latindado’s brand assets is prohibited.

- Commission payments are subject to verification and may be withheld in cases of fraud or policy violations.
